1.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz egg white (approximately one egg)
1 tbsp Blackberry Patch Mayhaw Jelly
2 oz your favorite gin
1. Add all ingredient to a shaker (no ice) and shake vigorously for 15. Check to make sure the jelly has dissolved. If not, mix some more.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds.
3. Strain into an ice field glass and serve.
2 tbsp Blackberry Patch Mayhaw Jelly
1 part lemon or orange juice
3 parts prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 part sparkling water
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon/orange juice and Mayhaw Jelly and shake vigorously to dissolve the jelly.
2. In a large wine glass, pour in the mayhaw mixture and add a scoop of ice.
3. Pour in the prosecco, Aperol and top with sparkling water and enjoy immediately!
Stir together in a large pitcher and serve over ice. This recipe is great anytime, but especially fun for Halloween! Have fun with this - we even played with dry ice and served out of beakers to step up the SPOOKINESS!

2 oz Blackberry Patch Cherry Syrup
4 oz bourbon
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Club Soda
Add, bourbon, cherry syrup, orange bitters, club soda and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until the container is cold. Pour shaken cocktail into your glasses. Top with an orange zest garnish and a cherry and enjoy!
Strawberry Mint Julep
1- 1.5 tbsp Blackberry Patch Strawberry Syrup
4-6 mint leaves
1 1/4 ounces Bourbon
2 ounces sour mix
4 ounces club soda
fresh strawberry for garnish
fresh mint for garnish
In a cocktail glass muddle the mint leaves and Blackberry Patch Strawberry Syrup. Add bourbon, sour mix, and club soda. Mix together. Add ice last. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint leaves.
Our twist on the classic Arnold Palmer drinks adds 3 Ingredient Peach Syrup.
3/4 cup unsweet ice tea
3/4 cup lemonade
1 tbsp 3 Ingredient Peach Syrup
Pour ingredients in a glass and stir! Serve over ice.
In honor of the beautiful landscape of the Masters, we've put our spin on an Azalea drink. Typically, using grenadine to flavor and color the lemonade - we tried our own version with Tart Cherry Syrup.
1.5 cups Lemonade
1 tbsp Tart Cherry Syup
2 oz Vodka
Put together in your favorite glass and stir.
*This is equally refreshing and delicious with or without the vodka.
Blackberry Patch Premium Fruit Syrup
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
8 cups water
Heat sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature then leave in the refrigerator to chill.
Combine lemon juice and chilled sugar/water mixture.
When it's time to serve, add your favorite Blackberry Patch Premium Fruit Syrup! We used Strawberry and Blueberry and added fresh berries as a garnish - a perfect summer refreshment!
Blackberry Patch Premium Cherry Syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 bottle Coca Cola
To assemble the float, pour 2 tbsp Blackberry Patch Cherry Syrup into a glass. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the glass. Top with Coca Cola and enjoy!
We made this even sweeter and used a local creamery, Southern Craft Creamery's Tupelo Honey ice cream!
Rim glass with cane sugar. Pour in 3 parts sparkling wine and 1/2 part apple butter syrup. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice and enjoy responsibly!
